Once you've recovered and secured your email account, update your World of Tanks password.
Log into World of Tanks to see if an intruder made any changes, and contact Customer Service. It is also possible that the intruder contacted Customer Service to change the associated email address, so you'll need to verify that you are who you say you are. We also strongly recommend that you update your security question.
In your ticket to Customer Service, describe the situation in detail, including everything you have already done to secure your account. Check in-game to see if anything in your account is missing, and report it in your support ticket.
