Tournament Format

The World of Tanks Classic is played in a league style format with two qualifying rounds leading into a single-elimination, playoff round.

Tier & Point Limits

A team must field a selection of tanks based on the limits below for a battle.

  • 90 Points maximum
  • No tier limits

Schedule

  • Round 1 (Second Round): March 17th, 2013
  • Round 2 (Second Round): March 24th, 2013
  • Off day: March 31st, 2013
  • Round 3 (Second Round): April 7th, 2013
  • Round 4 (Second Round): April 14th, 2013
  • Round 5 (Second Round): April 21st, 2013
  • Round 6 (Second Round + Tie Breakers): April 28th, 2013
  • Round 7 (Second Round): May 5th, 2013
  • Round 8 (Tie Breakers only): May 12th, 2013
  • Playoff First Round: May 19th, 2013
  • Playoff Second Round: May 26th, 2013
  • Quarterfinals: June 2nd, 2013
  • Semifinals: June 9th, 2013
  • Finals: June 16th, 2013

Please note that teams absent from two rounds are subject to disqualification. Team captains are asked to report technical victories by providing a screenshot to tournaments@wargamingamerica.com.

Prizes

The following prize pools will be divided equally among the members of each respective team:

  • First place: 1,455,000
  • Second place: 810,000
  • Third place: 405,000
  • Fourth place: 210,000
  • Fifth place: 105,000
  • Sixth place: 105,000
  • Seventh place: 105,000
  • Eighth place: 105,000

Playoff teams are awarded 800 gold for advancing.

Tournament MVP is awarded a one year premium account.
