The USC Server is moving to a new data center with new equipment. The game will remain online, but in a temporary location until the relocated USC Server is up and running.
The game isn't going anywhere!
Timeline:
Tuesday, April 20: The US East Server comes online—this is the server that temporarily takes place of USC.
Thursday, April 22: USC Server goes offline for relocation; all play for North America will take place on the US East Server.
