Maneuvers for the ST-62 Version 2

Stronghold Maneuvers are to arrive again soon! This iteration’s rules are the same as the last time, but the big prize is different: it’s the ST-62 Version 2, a Tier X Soviet medium tank. This newcomer to the game is fun to play: it’s mobile, compact, and stealthy, and sports a three-shell autoreloader.
