Vehicle Description

A light tank based on British developments. It is equipped with a 47 mm QFSA rapid gun featuring good penetration. The vehicle has rather modest specific power and top and reverse speed, which, combined with poor armor makes it best suited for careful gameplay using its concealment and terrain covers.

Historical Reference

Developed in Great Britain in 1928 but never entered service there. However, it was exported to other countries. In the mid-1930s, twenty vehicles of this type were sent to the Republic of China in three shipments. The vehicles in the second and third shipments had a turret featuring a rear niche for mounting a radio and special camouflage. These vehicles fought against Japanese troops in all battles for Shanghai in the fall of 1937.
