Each unique crew member in these bundles comes bound to a specific nation and is 100% trained with the Brothers in Arms zero perk and enough experience to train two more perks of your choice. The 2D and 3D styles and decals are also for specific nations and the former provides a bonus to a vehicle's concealment, depending on its class.
