Select Premium Vehicles to be Removed

With every update to World of Tanks comes change; content is added, content is improved upon and, occasionally, content is removed. Update 9.7 will see a changing of the guard as several Premium vehicles are retired and removed from both the in-game store and eventually the Premium Shop.

The following Premium vehicles will be removed when Update 9.7 is launched:

The withdrawal of these vehicles will be carried out in two stages:

  • When Update 9.7 is launched, the vehicles will be removed from the in-game Store and tech trees.
  • Roughly two weeks after 9.7, the vehicles will be removed from the Premium Shop as well.

Why are these Premium vehicles being removed?* The reasons vary, but rest assured that any vehicles you already own aren't going anywhere and you're free to continue playing with them as you please. Furthermore, it's possible that some of these vehicles will return in the future, either in the Premium Shop or as rewards during special events.

These decisions are never easy, but as evidenced by the introductions of the Japanese STA-2 and French AMX Chasseur de chars in Update 9.6, a new arsenal of Premium vehicles is right around the corner.

But, you have a chance to get these outgoing vehicles one last time in a set of special bundles!

If you were planning on adding any of these Premium vehicles to your collection, this might be your last chance, so act fast!

When you purchase a bundle and you already own one of the vehicles, you will receive the Gold equivalent. However, if the vehicle is on sale, you will receive the sale value in Gold.

*Wondering where these Premiums are going? They're set to meet with the E 25 on a tropical island, where they can indulge on as much gasoline and consumables as they want, and the TOG II* can return to its natural habitat in the sea.
