Special Missions: A Bridge Too Far

Operation Market Garden was a aggressive plan to end World War II in Europe by Christmas 1944. It used paratroopers to capture key bridges ("Market") and tanks ("Garden") to spearhead the ground assault.

Due to a series of mishaps, however, the mission failed to capture the key objective—the German-defended bridge at Arnhem in the Netherlands. The mission ended after nine days of gallant fighting by the Allies including British, American, and Polish forces. The mission is thoroughly documented in the definitive book on the subject, "A Bridge Too Far."

For the anniversary of the operation, we've got six special missions that reward Consumables, Garage Slots, and Flag Emblems for Belgium and the Netherlands—locations where the actual operation took place.

Operation Market Garden Missions

MISSIONS BEGIN: Saturday, September 17 at 03:20 PT | 05:20 CT | 06:20 ET

You can only complete the "Operation Market Garden" or "Stop Operation Market Garden" mission, but not both.
Allied Forces:

Garden Forces

Rewards:

  • 3×Large Repair Kits
  • 1× Token:U.K.

Conditions:

  • Destroy at least one (1) German vehicle in a Victorious battle.

Restrictions:

  • Must be in an American, British, or Polish vehicle Tier VI–X
  • Once per account
  • Random and Grand Battles
Market Forces

Rewards:

  • 3×Large First Aid Kits
  • 1× Token:U.K.

Conditions:

  • Destroy at least 10 German vehicles in any number battles; only Victorious battles are counted.

Restrictions:

  • Must be in an American, British, or Polish vehicle Tier VI–X
  • Once per account
  • Random and Grand Battles
Operation Market Garden

Note: If you've completed the "Stop Operation Market Garden" mission, you cannot play this one.

Rewards:

  • 6× Emblems: Flag of Belgium
  • 1×Garage Slot

Conditions:

  • Play a battle

Restrictions:

  • Collect 2×U.K. Tokens
  • Must be in an American, British, or Polish vehicle
  • Once Per Account
  • Random and Grand Battles
German Forces:
  • Stop Garden Forces
  • Stop Market Forces
  • Stop Operation Market Garden
Stop Garden Forces

Rewards:

  • 3×Large Repair Kits
  • 1× Token:Germany

Conditions:

  • Destroy at least one (1) American, British, or Polish vehicle in a Victorious battle

  • Once per account

Stop Market Forces

Rewards:
