The expansion contains 182 brand-new, unique cards to collect and expand your deck-building options. This set significantly expands your strategic options and introduces a new mechanic, Initiative, to make gameplay even more dynamic.

What's New in Wave 3

This new expansion features 182 unique cards, whose artwork beautifully reflects the expansion's title, allowing you to admire your tanks against the backdrop of ruins, structures, and cities.

Thanks to the new Initiative mechanic, the gameplay becomes even more dynamic and full of strategic decision-making. When your vehicle with the Initiative keyword attacks before your opponent, you'll receive generous bonuses.

Additionally, "standard base" cards are a thing of the past. Many players asked for fewer bases, and we are listening! Now, boosters will contain six Commons, three Uncommons, and one Rare or higher rarity card, letting you find more of your favorite vehicles. Legendary cards are also easier to find, and we've further improved card collation.

An Introduction to WoT: The Card Game

The game offers intense 15 to 35-minute matches for two players.

  • Each player builds a 43-card deck around one primary nation, with 11 nations available (including five primary). 
  • Each player needs either a Starter Deck or a custom deck made from booster cards, plus the essential tokens.
  • While the Starter Decks feature U.S.A. and Germany, players are free to build and customize decks using cards from other nations.

All five vehicle types from World of Tanks are represented; the number of moves and decisions you can make is immense, and destroying all of your enemy's machines isn't the only way to win. Check out the tutorial below!
