This holiday season, Wargaming America is rolling out two great programs to show our support for the troops, and give players a chance to show their support as well. Working with our friends at Operation Supply Drop, we will be sending cards from players along with Wargaming bonus codes to troops in the United States and overseas. On top of that, Wargaming will be making 100 "care packages" filled with all kinds of wonderful goodies, and will be shipping those to armed forces members at bases all over the world.
UPDATE: Our care packages will include gaming headsets and apparel courtesy of our friends at Plantronics!

NOMINATE A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER FOR A CARE PACKAGEIf you have a friend or family member who is an active service member in any branch of the US Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard), you can nominate them to receive one of the 100 special gift packages! These packages will contain cards from players; top quality gaming gear like mice and headsets; t-shirts, and other treats like candy, day-to-day goods -- maybe even some festive socks? Thank YouWe’d like to thank everybody for their participation in honoring the troops! Many players got involved during this event and we received plenty of nominations for our gift boxes. We are no longer accepting nominations and we’ll be providing more information regarding the care packages at a future date. |
