Which Expedition Reward Vehicle is Best for You?

As the fourth stage of our armored Battle Royale kicks off, Expedition draws to an end, this year's shared progression system that combined two of our most enjoyable modes: Steel Hunter and Frontline.

On top of all of the destruction and fun we had, these two events offered the possibility of earning Expedition tokens that can be traded in for special and exclusive Tier IX reward vehicles: The AE Phase I, the Object 777 Variant II, and the Char Futur 4.

And many players gathered enough tokens throughout the year to get their first (or second) Tier IX reward tank out of the three in play. But which one of them is the most suitable for you? Well, we asked our Community Contributors to help you decide how to best invest your tokens, and this is their take on the matter!

AE Phase I

Introduced in Frontline 2019: Episode 8, the U.S. AE Phase I is a brawling heavy tank with four segmented tracks. It has a built-in Large Repair Kit; a solid, bouncy turret; and an accurate gun with good vertical gun angles and impressive penetration values.

Object 777 Variant II

The Object 777 Variant II is a brand-new Soviet heavy tank with a low silhouette and good firepower. It boasts high damage per shot, as well as good mobility and decent frontal armor. Its built-in Large Repair Kit is a handy bonus.

Char Futur 4

The Char Futur 4 is a brand-new French medium tank with a four-round autoloader, excellent mobility, and built-in Large Repair Kit. Its gameplay is similar to that of the Bat.-Châtillon 25 t and Bat.-Châtillon 25 t AP. Its small hull and turret are difficult-to-hit weak spots.

Remember: If you don't invest your tokens, they will be automatically swapped for bonds at the rate of 1 token: 250 Bonds!
