Small Server Update on January 25

On January 25 at 06:00 PST (14:00 UTC) a small update was implemented on the game server. This update fixed the incorrect camouflage costs for the Chinese T-34-2 tank -- it was too low. The cost has now been set correctly in accordance with the vehicle's tier.
