What is Wargaming's Own?Glad you asked! Wargaming's Own celebrates the best, most dedicated World of Tanks players in the Americas. It's a month-to-month, season-to-season, year-long contest that focuses on individual vehicle tiers, building to the very top as the year goes on. All random battles for a given month are automatically recorded with their base XP values, and the top 100 base XP scores for each class (Light, Medium, Heavy, TD, Artillery) are tallied at the end of the month. From that, Points are assigned and prizes are awarded for the month, season, and year! |
How Do I Enter?
Technically, you don't! Just play in any tank (Premiums included!) from the appropriate tier. From there, each game you play is considered individually. All it takes is one great game to get on the leaderboard! The best part is, everything is automatically recorded by us at Wargaming, so the only thing you need to do is concentrate on having fun in the appropriate tier.
At the end of the month, we assign Points to the top 100 positions in every class, in descending order from 1st-100th place -- 100 Points for 1st place, 99 points for 2nd, etc.
We start in April with a leaderboard for tier IV!
Making Your Way to the Top
Even if you don't have the time to commit to prolonged battle sessions, just remember that it only takes one great game to get onto a leaderboard! On top of that, each month will have in-game missions to support your battle efforts in the appropriate tier. Our regular promotions of Premium Shop bundles will also help you fight your way onto the leaderboards.
Prizes
So what do you get for being so good? Our first prize lineup for April is below with a veritable deluge of in-game vehicles, Gold, and Premium time! As time goes on, rewards for the season and the year will include special camo, in-game achievements, and great physical prizes!
