April 25, 1945, was a significant day of World War II . On that day Soviet and American troops met at the River Elbe, near Torgau in Germany, marking an important step toward the end of the war in Europe. World of Tanks warriors were suggested to make images in the style of historical photos on the basis of in-game screenshots. Their pictures were to bring us back to that meaningful day.
World of Tanks team received lots of images, which made the decision hard to make. Nevertheless, we are proud to name the winners of the Elbe Day contest!
The first place and 12,500 in-game gold go to ribtor and his work!
Second place goes to KolinX and his masterpiece. He is awarded 8,500 in-game gold!
And varsovie takes third place! His art earned him 5,000 in-game gold!
