Circles have been added to the minimap to show vehicle draw distance, the maximum view range and the player's current view range.
You can switch this feature on and off in the settings.
Many factors affect the value of a vehicle's view range, including consumables, Crew Skills and Perks, and equipment like Coated Optics and Binocular Telescope.
Personal Reserves will be available in all game modes, except for Battle Training, Tank Company Battles and Training rooms.
Changes were also made to the Personal Reserve activation UI: filters were added that make it possible to sort the reserves by scale and type of resource.

We're simplifying how new players learn how to play the game, changing the way players research up to tier II. Tier I vehicles will only have one module to research: the gun. Tier II vehicles will have one module of each type: engine, gun, suspension, radio and turret.
