PARTICIPATION RULES AND CONDITIONS

• The number of teams that participate in the tournament is not limited.
• A player can only apply to one team.
• Only players who have game account registered at Wargaming portal na.wargaming.net and physically reside in North or South America are allowed to participate in the Tournament.
• Captains are responsible for players they recruit on their team.
• Teams comprising fewer than 3 members (Captain and two players) by the time the roster is confirmed by the Captain are not allowed to participate.
• Teams have 5-10 minutes before the allocated start time to join the lobby.
• For a successful start of the battle, players should move to the main roster (the right side of the special combat window) and confirm readiness. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in technical failure.

BATTLE RULES

• Team roster: 3x3. A team of fewer than 3 players is not allowed to participate in the tournament.
• Battle duration: 7 minutes.
• Interval between battles in group stage: 3 minutes.
• Interval between battles in playoff: 5 minutes.
• Maps: Any map which supports the battle mode.
• Starting spawn points for all games will be automatically allocated by the system.
• To win a game, the team will need to destroy all enemy vehicles or capture the enemy base.
• In Bo3 (Best of 3) teams are required to win 2 games.
• Games cannot be replayed unless an issue with the setup causes a problem or in case we encounter server issues where the majority of users are affected. Unfortunately, we will be unable to restart games due to disconnections or PC crashes.

TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE

• The tournament will be played in two stages: group stage and playoff.
• The groups will contain 4 teams.

ROUND ROBIN STAGE

• Matches within the group stage are played circle-wise. Each team plays a match against all other teams within its own group.
• All games in the group stage are Bo1 (Best of 1).
• The number of teams per group should not exceed 4.
• The top 2 teams from each group of round robin stage will qualify for the playoffs.
• Group stage point distribution: 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for defeat.
• If two or more teams have the same number of points, their positions on the leaderboard are determined in the following way:
  • considering the results of head-to-head matches of the tied teams;
  • the biggest number of victories in all matches;
  • if all these values are equal, all teams that take a prize-winning place go to playoffs.
• Places 1 and 2 go to playoffs, according to the results of the group round.

PLAYOFF STAGE

• All games in the playoff stage are Bo3 (Best of 3).
• If neither of the teams manages to secure 2 victories out of 3 battles in the match or 3 victories the team to gain the most victories is considered the winner of the match.
• In the playoff stage, the defeated teams are leaving the competition. In case of a tie, both teams are considered as defeated.
• In the playoff stage, the manager reserves the right to appoint a replay of a match between the disputing teams. The map for the match to be replayed is determined by the manager.

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE

• The playoff stage schedule can be changed after the group stage is over.
• The schedule will be arranged and published after closing the registration.

PRIZES DELIVERY TERMS

Forbidden Hardware and Software

Any player results achieved using special technical or software means, except for those allowed by the Organizer according to the License Agreement, and results achieved fraudulently won't be recognized/admitted by the Organizer for the purposes of determining the Tournament Winner. Also, a player who commits such actions can be disqualified by the Organizer's decision.

Procedure for Receiving Prizes

To distribute Prizes, the Organizer contacts every Winner via the email bound to this player's permanent game account in World of Tanks within 7 calendar days since the end of the Tournament.

Within 2 weeks since the date when the Organizer sends a request via email, the Winner shall provide the Organizer with data required for sending the Prize: full name, actual address, postal code, and telephone number. The Organizer submits the data provided by the Winner to the Partner, and the Partner arranges the delivery of Prizes within 3 months since the date of receiving all Winner's data required for sending the Prize.

If the winner fails to provide the required information or provides incomplete or false information within the set period, the Organizer and Partner are not liable for non-performance of the clause on Prize delivery within the specified period. The Organizer will attempt to contact the Winner one more time, however, if all the full and accurate information required for sending the Prize is not received within 14 days since the end of the Tournament, the Prize won't be delivered to the Winner and the Organizer and Partner won't be liable for this.

In case the Organizer discovers in the process of collecting data that any member of the winning team doesn't meet the requirements applied to each participant by these Regulations, the Organizer is entitled to determine another winning team, which is the next one in the tournament bracket, and award Prizes to this team provided that the newly determined Winner (all team members) complies with all the requirements specified in these Regulations.

The Winners and each Winner individually agree that the Organizer and Partner are not financially liable for accepting or further using of any Prize awarded in the Tournament.

The Tournament doesn't provide for submitting or receiving a prize equivalent in cash. Additional Partner's or Producer's rules, which are not the Organizer's warranties, are applied to all Prizes. Players are hereby notified that the Organizer bears no warranty obligations in respect of any Prize. In case of any Prize-related issues, the Winners have a right to contact the Partner for resolving their problem.

Receiving of Prizes by the Winners is subject to their observation of any and all corresponding laws, norms, provisions, and these Regulations. The Winner(s), as well as their parents or guardians in case a winning player is underage, are solely responsible for all applicable tax or other charges or expenses not specified in the prize description.

Information

Any personal information that you will provide to the Organizer as part of participation in the Tournament (Personal Information) will be used for the purposes of your participation in the Tournament, including receiving the Prize, if you win the Tournament and abidance to the present Regulations. You also give your consent to your Personal Information being disclosed to the Partner and third parties, if this is required to deliver the Prize(s), and when such disclosure is required in accordance with applicable legislation. You confirm that you won't submit your Personal Information and Personal Information of third parties (including full name and copies of documents confirming identity and identification number) to the Organizer without a special request from the Organizer. Any Personal Information submitted by you at your sole discretion will be deleted by the Organizer automatically.

The Tournament Organizer has the right to disqualify any player who submits false or incomplete information.
