Tank Bake Off!
Tankers! Bakers!
Celebrating our first year anniversary is quite important to us, and we can't celebrate fully without some tank cakes! We are then asking you, our players, to participate in the celebration by baking a World of Tanks cake! (Who can say no to cake..) Fortunately for you, and unfortunately for us, we will only be able to see pictures of the cake you make, so make something that you will enjoy eating and sharing.
The winning cake will be voted by you, the players. We will choose the top 10 and then let you choose the winners! You may also add a short story if you would like to explain the how and why of your cake. Your short story will also be added with the picture on the forum! We have some accomplished bakers in our NA office that will be voting on all the submissions (needless to say, we always have fresh cookies and cakes around!). We also have some accomplished cake eaters that will be voting too!
Rules:
- Only one cake may be submitted for each account.
- Send in 3 image files to design@worldoftanks.com with Tank Bake off in the subject line and your in game name.
- At least one of your images must have a paper with your in game name printed or hand written on it (no google images here!), or you may even write it in frosting on your cake!
- At least one of your images needs to show the cake decorating/carving in progress.
- A sugar high is a must.
- You may submit your three pictures from now until April 15th, 11:59 PM PDT (6:59 AM UTC April 16th). Curious what time this is in your region? Use this handy Time Zone Converter to help you out.
- Your cake must either be in the shape of a tank, or have a tank drawn on it. The World of Tanks logo is not necessary.
- You may have help with making this cake, although hiring a professional cake decorator to make this cake will disqualify you.
